Does the connector work with Fulfilled by TikTok (FBT)?
Yes, the connector supports both self-fulfillment and FBT. With FBT, orders are imported and fulfillment notifications are processed accordingly.
How fast are orders transferred?
The connector works event-based. New orders are created in Xentral within minutes. For inventory synchronization, there are configurable intervals.
Can I test the connector beforehand?
