Depending on the configuration, almost in real-time or at regular intervals (e.g., every 5 minutes). Orders are typically transferred immediately, inventory changes can be delayed as needed to optimize system load.
What happens if synchronization fails?
The integration is designed to detect and log errors. You receive a notification if something goes wrong. Untransferred data is held in a queue and automatically retried once the issue is resolved.
Can you connect our existing system that is not Xentral?
